Nosebleeds and bleeding in your gums

In your first trimester, you may notice that when you brush your teeth, your gums would easily bleed. Aside from that, you may even experience nosebleeds. This is actually quite normal for the first trimester, since the hormonal changes in your body, can cause more blood to flow in your mouth and even in your nasal passages.
