A Student's Prayer

25. A Student's Prayer O God, source of all wisdom, I thank you that I am a student. Enlighten my mind and strengthen my will during these years of my study. May I ever perform my duties with a sense of dedication, never neglecting my studies. Help me persevere in my endeavour to reach my goal. Help me to so live in your presence, behaving honourably, ever choosing to do what is right and pleasing in your sight that I may always be a source of pride to my parents, teachers and elders, and an example of loving, giving and forgiving to my siblings, friends and neighbours. Teach me to be kind to the weak and the needy. Bless me and all who take special interest in instilling in me genuine Christian values. Thank you, Father, for your love and care! Amen.
