Consecration to Divine Mercy

Consecration to Divine Mercy Jesus, I consecrate my body, soul, mind, all my intentions (place all intentions), all members of my family, relatives and neighbours, friends and enemies, my country, the whole world, the universe and everything in it, to your Eucharistic Heart, and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Ark of the Divine Mercy. Jesus, I trust in you! Amen.
